Food Diary - Day One to Ten

The past ten days of diet was so-so i guess. Lost 1.5kg in the first 8 days and i believe i could lose more if i had better control of myself and ate less on Tuesday. But to think of it, i wouldn't say i ate alot on Tuesday. Could have been the oreo crush (LOL!) but whatever, i enjoyed the drink so yeah.
I'll be starting on another form of diet from tomorrow onwards. It's more commonly known as the 3 day diet, but some call it the tuna fish diet as well. Some side notes, this diet is purely a low calorie diet used for short term weight loss and it should not be used for more than 3 days.
Some said that this 3 day diet focuses on mixing certain types of foods that supposedly create a specific metabolic reaction in your body. The chemicals are supposed to boost your metabolism and help you burn fat at a higher rate than usual. BUT, i personally think it's just either calories restriction, or purely water loss. I mean just by looking at the food allowed during the diet, carbs intakes are like so fucking low ! I know it sounds totally unhealthy, but look i haven't got much time to diet the healthy way. What i needed, and i think is more realistic, is to have a massive fall in weight, before i can do it the healthy-but-takes-ages way, no ?
Anyway, here's a diary of my i-think-i-failed diet plan and a record of my weight as well ! lost 0.5kg in 10 days, LOL !

Not greedy luh, i'll be more than glad if i see any of the above at my doorstep tomorrow. Wahahaha !!
Anyhow, my one-meal-a-day diet plan haven't been really working out. Lousy metabolism i have here right now, ugh. Used to be able to shed like 3-5kilos in 3 days simply by not eating, accompanied by some running but now ?!?! half a kilo is not even possible ! Haha !
So here's plan B - I'll be incorporating Meiting's daily food diary (which she lost 6 kilos in 29 days with) and some exercise plans (if i ever have the energy to) for better and quicker results.
In short, NO CARBS ! So say goodbye to my favourite Potato Salad from school's level 4 pushcart. But of course, i'm expecting myself to break these rules once in a while. Rules are meant to be broken anyway, heh (:

Hah, i'm not dead guys ! Still pretty much alive.
Last saturday was spent with my favourite girls from school. Lecture in the morning (yes, lecture on a fucking saturday morning), followed by a series of happy events for Jiamin's 22nd celebration - Dinner at Hanabei Odean, and Phuture thereafter.
Anyways, in case you're wondering, the photos looked like i've put on quite some weight aye. YES I DID LOL ! I'm now a fucking 50kilos !! Which is a very sad thing cause i've been eating hell loads and i've totally lost the motivation to lose weight. Thank God my birthday is nearing and i can finally find an excuse to stop procrastinating.
Diet shall start from tomorrow onwards.
Strictly one meal per day Huishan.
