The past ten days of diet was so-so i guess. Lost 1.5kg in the first 8 days and i believe i could lose more if i had better control of myself and ate less on Tuesday. But to think of it, i wouldn't say i ate alot on Tuesday. Could have been the oreo crush (LOL!) but whatever, i enjoyed the drink so yeah.
I'll be starting on another form of diet from tomorrow onwards. It's more commonly known as the 3 day diet, but some call it the tuna fish diet as well. Some side notes, this diet is purely a low calorie diet used for short term weight loss and it should not be used for more than 3 days.
Some said that this 3 day diet focuses on mixing certain types of foods that supposedly create a specific metabolic reaction in your body. The chemicals are supposed to boost your metabolism and help you burn fat at a higher rate than usual. BUT, i personally think it's just either calories restriction, or purely water loss. I mean just by looking at the food allowed during the diet, carbs intakes are like so fucking low ! I know it sounds totally unhealthy, but look i haven't got much time to diet the healthy way. What i needed, and i think is more realistic, is to have a massive fall in weight, before i can do it the healthy-but-takes-ages way, no ?
Anyway, here's a diary of my i-think-i-failed diet plan and a record of my weight as well ! lost 0.5kg in 10 days, LOL !
