Wake up call

Met up with my B today, and he made me have a full meal for lunch. Full meal meaning, rice, fish, soup, and choco oreo drink. And these 4 items i had sure adds up to more than 500kcal. Looks like i've got no choice but to exercise for 2 full hours later so that i can burn at least half the calories that i took in today ):

Hokays, complains aside. Brought the Tiramisu that i made last Saturday for Baby to try and he said "Mm, nice nice. First time you cook i will say nice" Bah >.< My culinary skills are not that bad, are they ?

And now that he's soundly asleep beside me, and there's no new posts on _realthin, i started googling for 101 ways to lose weight.

And i read that burning the fat from all areas will eventually remove fats from difficult spots or tone and firm the thighs quickly. Toning the thighs will help burn some fat indirectly because the best thigh exercises helps to raise the metabolism, thus causing more calories to be burnt.


The best exercise for toning the thighs is squats. Some believe squats cause the thighs to become massive but if the trainer doesn't want big thighs it wont happen. When a muscle is toned a slight growth occurs, and in order to continue that growth (make the thighs larger) the trainer needs to perform squats with a progressive increase in the intensity level. This is the reason why it's easy to control thigh size when using squats we just control the intensity level, this way we gain toned thighs quickly but halt progress if thigh size increases!

The best routine for slimming the thighs would be to doing squats 3-4 times per week on alternate days. Start off very light by just using the body weight for 2-3 easy sets of 10 repetitions, then gradually build up the resistance over 3-4 weeks.
