Headed down to COVO for my lash touchup last week and again, I am amazed at the magic Jeane did on my lashes. I have been receiving a handful of questions regarding my lash extension experience so I'll be answering some of the frequently asked questions here.
(1) Does it hurt ? How does it feel like ?
Well, to be very honest, throughout both my sessions at COVO, there was totally zero pain, neither was there any irritations at all. I felt literally nothing and even fell into a deep sleep on both sessions. The only feeling you could get is probably having something touch your lash as Jeane sticks the extensions on, that's all. And I swear it's true !!
(2) How long does it last ?
The photo you see above are my 3 weeks old extensions. Most extensions can last up to 3 weeks, or even a month, depending on how well they are taken care of. The extensions will slowly fall off but don't you worry about your own real lash cause lashes fall and regrow every few weeks so you girls don't need to be scared of losing all your real lashes.
(3) Isn't false lashes cheaper and easier ?
HELL NO !! Lash extensions saves so much time and effort !! I don't know how long you girls take to do your make up but I personally take a long time cause I simply suck at it. And having to put mascara and trying to stick the eyelashes properly is such a chore no ??
On days when you don't want to have heavy make up, like school days or Monday morning blues, with eyelash extensions you can just pat on some foundation and head out and you still look pretty cause you'll have full volumized lashes!!
And another reason is - eyelash extensions always stays curled up !! You don't ever have to worry about your lashes falling down and looking uncurled at the end of the day. That's definitely one plus point for super lazybones like me.
