My Diet Journal

Day One Breakfast - Crabstick and Cheese in Scrambled Eggs

You will need,
2 eggs, 3 crabsticks, 1 slice of Kraft Cheese, salt & pepper

Step 1: Crack and beat the eggs and add some salt & pepper for seasoning
Step 2: Put the crabsticks into the microwave and heat for 2 minutes
Step 3: Shred the crabsticks to the size you prefer
Step 4: Tear the cheese into big pieces
Step 5: Add the crabstick and cheese into the egg mixture
Step 6: Add a little oil to the frying pan and heat it
Step 7: Pour in the mixture when the pan is hot
Step 8: While cooking, open pockets on the egg and cook the whites


PS i like my eggs moist and wet so i don't cook them till they get all dried and flat. I dish them out while its still a lil wet and gooey haha !

Diet plan ruined. Had like 2 packets of maggee for lunch, and pizza hut for dinner. Where had all the determination gone to ? I can't help, but gets hungry real fast. Like an hour or 2 after a proper full meal ? SHEESH.
