As what the title suggest, yes i am on a one meal per day diet plan, where meal refers to proper meals in proper portions.
Day one has been pretty "well-done" cause all I had was an upsized (inserts guilt face) mcspicy meal add cheese for brunch and a medium hazelnut milktea from koi for dinner.
And tomorrow, i shall go all fruits. Wish me luck people !! (:
