有人说 “有心机不一定是坏人” 但是,没有心机的人也不见得是好人。

我们都一直以为单纯没有心机的都不是坏人。但翻开报纸看见的犯罪常是一些没有计算后果,没有任何计谋,就只有为了自己的目标而做出了违法的事。这些不去计划,没有心机,非常单纯的人都是好人吗?

那么这些步步为营,咬紧牙根努力争取自己幸福的人,就应该因为心机很重而被归类为不单纯,需要小心对待的坏人吗?

真是发人深省。

Lol i know i'm like damn slow, but sorry uh, yours truly have been busy preparing for my prelims. Speaking of which, i'll go mad crazy whenever i think about my prelims. Last year, i slacked way to much so i truly deserved it. This year, i mugged hard, yet i still go all blank when i turn the questions over. WHY LIKE THAT ?!?! &;#*$%/^@&!

I'm not sure if this is fo'real but Hideto Tomabechi - A cognative scientist that studies the mind and artificial intellegence has developed a ringtone called "Rock Melon" that he claims that it could increase a female's breast size through a ringtone that is based upon a crying baby and when listened to for 20 times a day for about 10 days, a female’s bust will grow by at least 2cm.

Sorry for the lack of updates. Been extremely busy mugging for my on-going prelims since say, mid Feb ? And i've pretty much lost the vibe to blog anymore. Had my Macro paper last Thursday and despite starting early (and i mean really early) i still could not finish all 13 chapters and went into the exam hall when i'm only familiar with 2 chapters (LOL!) But heck, i'm not mugging for the prelims - it's the exams that i need to score for. Rushing's not gonna do my transcript any good :D

Anyway, today's Sunday which means that it's time to hit the books again ! Been planning to rest over the weekends but i got a wee bit busy with MissFayne for the past 3 days so my supposedly rejuvenating days made no improvement to my "health" at all.

& before i go off, happy twenty-third Desmond.

I've sat for more examinations than i care to remember throughout my student life.


So why do i still feel so jittery about them ?



Googled for ways to beat those exam stresses and here are my top finds for keeping stress level at its minimum.



Avoid stressful people.

Stress actually is contagious. During exam week, resist the urge to have a study session with your super-tense friend, especially if she’s complaining about all the work she has to do and breaking pencils all over the place. Her stress will only add to your stress.

Eat healthy and exercise.

This seems like a no-brainer, but it’s a wonder how many people forget it. Skip the sugar, which will make you crash, and go for snacks like granola bars, healthy cereal or fruits and veggies to keep your blood sugar stable. If you’re studying for a long period of time, eat some protein too. Also, try to get some form of exercise. Even a 10 minute walk will leave you calmer and more focused.

Just say NO.

I don’t mean to drugs, although I’m not recommending them or anything. What you need to say no to are the people who want to take up your time. There will probably be a friend who needs to talk to you for hours about her life, or a keg party the night before your final, and if you say yes, you’ll probably be tempted to blow off studying. Resist the urge. Say no to the distractions and be selfish for a day. You want a good GPA, right?

Force yourself to take breaks.

For every hour or so that you work, take a 10 or 15 minute break. Let yourself do whatever you want (check Facebook, check out that guy sitting nearby, stare off into space, etc.) for those 10-15 mins, then start working again. This gives your brain a little rest and will help keep you more focused when you are actually doing work.

Visualize it all going right.

Sounds kinda nuts though. Imagine yourself taking the test and feeling confident that you know all the information. Picture getting all of the answers right, and focus on how relaxed you feel. Then picture the A on your test paper. When you imagine a happy ending, that’s often what happens, because you make the decisions that lead to it without even realizing.

If you’ve studied all you can, get up your confidence !

When test-time rolls around, it’s time to get yourself into confidence mode. You’ve prepared as much as you could, and now it’s time to ace the test. The tip here is to do whatever works to convince yourself you are going to do really well. Again, I know this tip sounds a little crazy but you just have to try it for yourself. I think you’ll like the results.
